Fitbit showing caloric defecit, no weight loss
My fitbit is showing a caloric deficit of 7,000-8,000 a week but I'm not losing any lbs. Supposedly if you create a 3500-calorie deficit through diet, exercise or a combination of both, you will lose one pound of body weight.
