What's a good exercise video?
Hey guys! I'm trying to lose 25 lbs and I try to get in 30 minute cardio workouts 5 times a week. But I also want to tone my stomach, arms and legs - can anyone recommend a good muscle-toning video I can buy? I don't want to waste my money trying a few out.
