I'm frustrated by my lack of strenght. It's taking so much time to get back to the arm strenght I had prior to a PBM. I just want to much to fast I guess.

Ok I've been doing crossfit for 7 weeks and my body is getting much tighter. Now every time I look in the mirror I smile at well everything. Anyone else becoming narcissistic?
