Warrior Dash Footwear
So I am doing the Warrior Dash in June. I have heard some people say to run it in cleats, or soccer shoes, to get the traction needed in the mud. Strength Training VS Cardio
Yes yes I know I know, I should do both. But I really really REALLY hate cardio. Is it wrong to do just strength training? Am I getting good results doing only strength training? Let me know.

Cardio daily?
So I have been doing Power 90 but I HATE the cardio portion of it (Sooo boring). I'm looking to change it to using the elliptical instead on those days. However I wonder, is it good to do the elliptical every day and do the Power 90 strength training every other day?

sick...but need to stay on track.
yuck...I've been sick with a cold. :-( I skipped yesterday's workout because of it, I feel worse today. What can I do so I am not totally off track on my workout? I don't want to skip two days in a row...but I need to get better.

Breathing
When working out, how important is it to breathe at the right times? Do they trainers have you breathe at certain spots in order to make sure you remember to breathe? Or is it actually important that you breathe at certain times (like breathing out at the top of a sit up and in when on the way down)?
