Without reading all the posts I have one comment. How can you say that they aren't bulky? They are totally bulky and, in my opinion, too masculine looking. By watching the video it just confirmed for me that if I "hit the gym like a dude" I might end up looking like a dude.

Well with the elliptical I can watch a movie or read a book while I do it but since the Power 90 workout is a DVD I can't watch anything else while I do it. What works for me when I find myself eating too much is I start drinking one slimfast shake a day. (or other protein meal replacement shake) It helps to curb my appetite after the second day...the first day it is super hard to do though...just a warning.

On the days I don't have time to eat I drink a slim fast shake. Drink it slowly though. I noticed if I drank it too fast I still felt hungry and I'd eat a bad snack afterwards

Make sure you are taking measurements. You are probably slimming them down but since it's not a fast thing it isn't obvious to you.

I have been doing Power 90 on and off for a while. I'm hoping to stay back on. There are a lot of old Power 90 threads...but I'm glad I found this new one! :-) Add me and lets help to motivate each other to push play every day!

It is meant to be done every day...but with one day rest in each week. So workout for 6 days...rest for one. You need to give your body time to recover.

Good For you! I am a pop drinker...I LOVE IT. If I drank regular pop, not diet, I would weigh a lot more than I do now. I have to have at least one or two cans of pop a day to function (I think it's the caffeine addiction). Yes, water is best...but not everything else out there is HORRIBLE for you! :-)

You can drink a dark beer a day to help boost your milk supply. Drink the beer after a nursing session if you are concerned about alcohol going to the baby through your breastmilk. There is some jumping involved...I have bad knees and it doesn't bother me much...but my husband can't do it because of his knees.

I have a 3 year old and a 10 month old. I am right there with you! I'm trying to workout daily and monitor the foods I eat so I don't eat too much. I only have about 10 more lbs to go...but those seem to be the hardest.
