I'm not the best at drinking all my water each day (8 x 8 oz glasses). I have also heard/read we should drink half of our weight in ounces of water per day. If this is true I'm really struggling. :huh: Do you count your coffee or tea toward your water total each day? :drinker:
Ok, I have been getting serious about exercising and have spent weeks in the pool and 2+ weeks in the dark theater room on the bikes. Underwater and in the dark movie room at the gym ppl cant really see me. Now, I am working with a trainer and I am out in the open. I HATE my lower belly roll/flap. Well, all of them…
