  • I had to make huge changes to what I was eating, so I have been there. Agree with other poster; protein will help you stay fuller longer and there are many proteins that are low in calorie which will help you keep your numbers low.   • Had a huge NSV yesterday----First time ever to hit 10 miles on a bike (or treadmill, elliptical, roller skates, LOL) !!!! Wed 11/14/12 ½ treadmill ½ swimming 24 + 1 = 25 for Nov Thursday 11/15/12 10 miles on bike!!!!! (10.4 in 45 min) 25 + 10 = 35 total miles for Nov.

  • thanks for all the responses--seems we all differ a little but what ever works for each of us I can not drink more than 2 cups of coffee a day without it killing my stomach.   • I have the regular bullet and I just got it out of the closet yesterday to start having frozen berry and protein shakes when I have too many calories left to eat and I don't feel like eating. My husband and I both use it. and we really like it. So, if the Nutri Bullet is a step-up or improved, I would recommend it.
