Went to dinner with a friend. I tried to pick the lesser of the evil choices and still be able to enjoy a good dinner. Afterwards I took a dance class for fun. logged in my food intake! I think I did pretty good today. I had a weak moment before dinner and dipped into the left over Halloween Candy but other than that I think I did ok today. :)

If my TDEE is amount of calories that I already eat to maintain my current body weight, then why is it so difficult to even eat the Cut calories without feeling full and a general yukiness?

Hi! I've read several posts and watched a couple of the videos. I think I'm starting to understand but need some advice. Do I start with a metabolism reset or the daily Cal amount? I have not severly cut calories in the last 2 years . if I start with the reset do I eat TDEE? If I understand correctly, I should never go…
