FINALLY, 115 POUNDS!

Eating excersise calories? Good or bad?
I am new so I am just curious here, if I eat back the calories I had burned... will I still lose weight? Or is that going to make me stay at the same weight? It's only day two for me. I weigh 150 lbs. and my calorie intake a day is 1200 unless I excersise (which I do so I can eat more).

After a full year of putting it off I decided to start trying to get into shape, the way I was before pregnancy. I am 18 and could use any tips or motivation.
