So, the app says that I'm not eating enough and that my body may go into starvation mode. I'm eating breakfast bars, fruit, salads for lunch and dinner, and I even at tuna salad and crackers for a snack. But, I burned over 500 calories in the gym in an hour. What should I do? Any advice?
I'm a wife, mother, Iraqi veteran, and christian. Over a year 1/2 ago I was discharged from the Army with a hip injury and then came the weight!! I was unemployed for a while and got depressed and drank and ate more. It's time to make a change!
