I found an app on my iPhone by the couch to 5k people for graduates called Bridge to 10k. Its a 6 week program similar to C25K, just with longer time intervals. I finished C25K in October so I thought I'd try it out. I finished week 1 day 3 today and I am loving it! Anyone else want to join me, or has anyone else ever done…
Yesterday I was way below my number of calories for the day mostly beacause I worked out later in the day, and had really healthy snacks and meals the rest of the day. Today I went over some. My question is, does it all even out for the week or has the damage been done? (does that make sense?) Thanks!
