I wish I didn't have to set up such strict diet / exercise rules for myself, but it seems to be the only way to keep myself on the weight loss track. Without rules, I "fall off the diet wagon"
Feel free to friend me. I have a crazy work schedule, and I can't always check in to MFP daily - sometimes I won't be able to check in for several days in a row, but I really want to do this 60 day challenge, --- successfully!!!
