Needing more friends for support
I need to find more people in the same boat as me....struggling with food and exercise on a daily basis. If I know people are looking at my food diary and seeing what I'm putting in my mouth, I'm more apt to be good and not over indulge!! Why would you want to 'eat back your exercise calories'?!?
I'm not understanding why you would want to do this.....can someone explain this to me?!? Just seems like its defeating the purpose!! Thx!

High protein, low calorie suggestions needed.
I am trying to keep my protein close to 100 grams a day and yet I still want to be around 1100 calories. My main staples are eggs, fat free cottage cheese and skim milk......can anyone suggest to me more high protein, low calorie items because even though this 'plan' works great, I am slightly in need of a change!! Thanks!!
