I have been doing Weight Watchers for a year and half and iv lost 80 pounds. Iv been pretty much stuck the last 6 months. Gaineing one week and looseing the next. Three weeks ago i went off WW and dident count anything at all just stopped when i was full and i lost 4 and half pounds. This week I tryed counting points again…
Anybody do both? Im 24 and have been on weight watchers since January and have lost 73 pounds. But now im stuck and the last 10 pounds have taken me 2 and half months to get out of and im still not out of 270's yet. Im hopeing that counting calories also will get me over this.
