This group really helped me get back on track. I want to continue into August. So far, I have hit all my gym days last week and hope this week goes the same. I have been pre-logging my meals for a week now. Sticking to the pre-log about 70ish percent. Have been under last week as well.
Sunday 6/21- No real activity other than around the house things. Gonna log all food and drink properly starting today. Starting weight- 170lbs
