Sunday 6/21- No real activity other than around the house things. Gonna log all food and drink properly starting today.

Went back and logged last night's activities. As usual over calories. Need to do better.0 -

Thanks guys!! Today I started pre logging my dinner and added food throughout the day. Keeping a running tally in my head is one of my down falls I am noticing.

Finished the day under, and practicing actual self control. I want to eat more but I know I am full. Started pre logging for tomorrow.
Made a delicious rotisserie turkey breast buffalo salad that will be lunch tomorrow.0 -

Day 3-
Most of my morning is pre logged. I am noticing pre-logging helps with the decisions of what to eat.0 -
Day 4-
Yesterday got ugly at the end... I logged it all though. Hope for a better today. Sigh.0 -
New day! Start each day good and then if it falls apart at the end it still isn't a total loss - just think if your morning hadn't started out so great and then that awesome salad for lunch...0

I like pre-logging. I try do that with my breakfast and lunch, but my dinner is more random been sporadic.( use to pre-logging religiously.....sigh)0 -

Day 5- 6/25-
Ran around all day yesterday busy with my daughter's graduation, barely had time to eat or log. Logged everything this morning and was way under calories. Now I am starving this morning lol
Also lost 1.2 lb since AHA started. Updated my ticker to the higher weight that I have been denying.0 -

Seriously! To see my little ticker go back to the middle was definitely a wtf moment. Thankfully school is out for the kids and the gym can be had again by me lol.0 -
yep - the middle is where mine went to but now I am going to watch it go again. How I got so out of control I don't really know. It started with a new scale at Christmas that was 6 pounds higher than my old one. I guess I used that excuse way to long.0

Day 6- 6/26- Finally finished graduation festivities. Was under yesterday, still need to log dinner. Logged a loss of another 0.6 pound. Seeing the scale go in the right direction is encouraging.
Today started the day at McD.... got a grilled chicken sandwich instead of my usual burger, so I can have the calories to drink later.0 -
Day 7-8.... Yeah I fell off and didn't feel like logging. I am gonna start over.
Day 1- 6/29- Went back to the gym today for day 1 of 531 lifting program. Also played tennis afterwards. Felt good to get activity.
Logged everything like a good girl.0 -

I am having serious DOMS.... My internet was out these past few days and couldn't check in too much since I was at max data on the phone too lol.
Day 3- 7/1- Logged everything... Had a few drinks.
Day 4- 7/2- Logged everything up to the end when I said "eff it". Didn't log drinks (had 2) didn't log dinner (at least it was baked chicken).
Day 5- 7/3- So far so good... going to the gym for some iron therapy. Benching and squats are on the agenda. Then a date night tonight.

Day 7- July 5th... I logged all my food and was over. I need to get back on track.
