Tai's August Thread
This group really helped me get back on track. I want to continue into August. So far, I have hit all my gym days last week and hope this week goes the same. I have been pre-logging my meals for a week now. Sticking to the pre-log about 70ish percent. Have been under last week as well.

Today was my anniversary - 26 years. He brought me home Golden Oreos. I only had 2 even though 3 is a serving. I made him Brownies and only had one.
