Just report in each day whether or not you logged AHA; maintaining your calorie goal isn't a focus, but feel free to post your under/over. The focus is to get back into the habit of logging EVERYTHING.

Also feel free to add your activity, OGT, RAWR, or any other stuff you want to add.

Pretty simple cuz I don't like lots of rules.
