Hi everyone! I'm meeting with a new PT tomorrow evening for the first time and I'm wondering if anyone could provide me with any ideas on what to expect, what questions I should ask etc. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance x

strength vs cardio
I'm trying to lose weight via eating between 1200-1300 calories a day which is roughly a 200-300 calorie deficit. I am starting to exercise too but would like to know what other people think about just cardio, just strength or a 50/50 split? My aim is to aid my weight loss and tone up. What do you do and what do you think…

Shedding for the Wedding
Just got engaged this weekend...and I'm horrified at the thought of walking down the ailse in a size 16-18 dress. I have about 5 stone to lose in about 12-15 months... Anyone else got a wedding coming up and is this weight loss a realistic goal?
