So that probably is not alot to runners, but i am feeling great. Started out only being able to run 1/4 mile without stopping and walking. Granted, it was a slow pace, but you have to start somewhere. Today I'm looking for a 5K race in the Tampa/Orlando area to give me even more drive!
So I downloaded the app on my iphone 1 week from today and have to say it's amazing! I started running again and feel making progress already! The key for me after so many failed attempts was I finally made my mind up to get in shape. This is a great tool to see that through! Stan
