Does taking a multi-vitamin really even do anything of help? What are some other natural, healthy things like vitamins, or supplements that you can take to help for weight loss or to help build muscle...or metabolism? Thanks!
November-December 2011 During: 8/1/2012 I still have a long road ahead. But I have been feeling a lot like nothing is happening lately...and then I came across these pictures. Even though I don't feel I look much different...I can definitely see some change. Progress && baby steps! :)
