I still have a long road ahead. But I have been feeling a lot like nothing is happening lately...and then I came across these pictures. Even though I don't feel I look much different...I can definitely see some change. Progress && baby steps! :)

    I removed the img tags in the 'during' and WOW, you look great! Your face looks so much more youthful! You look like you dropped quite a few jeans and shirt sizes too! Hard work definitely pays off!
