help!!! good daily food goal levels for sodium/protein/etc?
I'm currently eating 1500 calories a day, and MFP has me eating: Carbs- 206 Fat - 50 Protein - 56 Sugar - 30 Sodium - 2500 I am looking to lose weight (about more 8 pounds) and be fit/tone, but I don't want to eat under or over a good amount. What effect will eating junk but within your calories have?
I'm just wondering, because I know eating "clean" is really the best, but what if I have a brownie every day as well? What would that do? Always kind of had this question haha
