When smart people do stupid things...
The cleaner at my job...FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS...has put cans of Diet Coke in the freezer. This morning marked my day 3 clean up of pulling ALL the stuff out of the freezer, defrosting, sanitizing and cleaning. Needless to say, the note in the freezer is not very nice... I'm still VERY sore from my workout on Tuesday and I'm teaching again tonight. I have been drinking water like crazy but is there anything else I can do or take to help ease the pain from my muscles?
