I'm still VERY sore from my workout on Tuesday and I'm teaching again tonight. I have been drinking water like crazy but is there anything else I can do or take to help ease the pain from my muscles? I was thinking some over the counter pain relief. Any suggestions will be helpful....Thanks in advance =)

    Legal??? lol Ibuprofen and lots of water. Hope you're feeling good by class time :) Can't Wait!!!!!

    Deep tissue massage to break up the muscel adhesions and then lots of water to flush them out of your system.

    Get a tennis ball and really work those areas. Can also use a rolling pin.

    I like arnica cream for a rub on sore muscles. There's also a homeopathic arnica pill you can take. Do you have a natural foods coop or a Whole Foods store where you live? You can find arnica there.....its pretty mainstream these days, maybe your Wal-Mart would even have it.

    A little ibuprofen will take the edge off. Sometimes your body needs a break so don't overwork yourself.
