If I understand this correctly, for 1200-1499 calories a day, you get 3 cups of veggies? Is that for the whole day or just 1 meal? Because, that's like a big salad. Sounds crazy.

I understand that I alternate Workouts A&B, but let's say, during Workout A, do I do Workouts 1-8 since reps seem to pyramid down, or do I just do Workout A, Workout 1, if that makes any sense? Hi all, I completed Couch-to-5k back in August and then stupidly fell off the wagon. I haven't run since then. Should I start the whole program over (sigh) or start a specific week or just get out there and run? Thanks for any input!
