Hi, I need some help with Stage 1 of this workout. I understand that I alternate Workouts A&B, but let's say, during Workout A, do I do Workouts 1-8 since reps seem to pyramid down, or do I just do Workout A, Workout 1, if that makes any sense? I did it that way Monday and it only took about 15-20 min. This seems too short. Also, I feel this is a good place to admit math isn't my strong suit! Thanks!
