Water making me lightheaded?
I try to get about 4-6 cups of water (somtimes more/less) a day in me. Or, 2 or 3 bottles of water. Same difference, whatever lol. Anyway, sometimes I swear it's making me feel lightheaded. I'm not sure if this or something similar has been posted, however I've found it very useful for myself when tracking my homemade meals. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp It's really easy to use! Just input your ingredients, add the amount of servings, and it gives you all the nutrition facts!
