Net calories 1200, im very short
Really need help on this here, im only 4'11 and im currently 150, 30 pounds away from being a healthy weight. my calories to maintain this 30 pounds overweight is only 1400 calories. so if i stay at a net calorie of 1200 thats only a 200 calorie deficit a day.
