Eat the calories your burn or no?
When you log your exercise on here, do you eat those calories? Or only eat them if you are hungry? Some days I really want to eat those calories but I am afraid it will negatively effect my weight loss.

Well sh^t son...I thought I was getting in shape.
Then I biked for the first time today. Jogging is not a problem but that 12mph bike ride for 40 minutes really kicked my cardio *kitten*.
