Does anyone have some fitness tips for getting rid of excess fat on the mid section. I know sit ups could work but are there any other alternatives to sit-ups? Possibly some sort of activity that works the abdomen? I love being able to work out through activity.
I am 18 years old, and I am from Edmonton, Alberta. I am 153 pounds looking to lose 23 pounds. I would love to have some friends on here that will help with my motivation, and someone whom I can motivate as well. :)
