Anybody over 200lbs and over 50 doing the C25K?
I am 54 years old and 230lbs. I have been on MPF for about 6 weeks. I have lost a total of 15lbs. I have been going to gym at least 2 times a week and using the treadmill. I started the C25K today and made it through the first workout. I am just worried that I am too old and too fat and should not be running.

I lost control yesterday. I live on the Gulf Coast and as I was preparing for Issac I let my emotions get the best of me. Up to 8 minutes on elliptical
When I first got my elliptical, I could not stay on it for a whole minute! I worked my way up on the elliptical to 3 minutes, then 5 minutes, now I am at 8 minutes. I cannot even imagine staying on it for 30 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem?

I lost my momentum!
I have been doing really good for several days. I was going to the gym after work and eating on my plan each day. Then yesterday we had a pot luck at work.
