Question about Protein
I have my thing set up by the MFP guidelines and it says I should eat 83 protein a day.....But each day I go over by a lot. Like today I went over by 48 yesterday I went over by around 30. I am eating cottage cheese,chicken and things like that so my question is. Is to much protein harmful?? Will it effect my weight loss…

Excersise Calories ?
I guess I am pretty clueless........I thought the idea was to eat the calories your set up for in the day and exercise on top if it to lose weight?? So when I set this profile up it told me to eat 1778 calories a day, I changed it to 1485 based on the diet plan I am on. I am 5 foot 1 and am right now 304lbs. I am wondering what others of you who are the same weight consume in a day. I find I get full off 1485 but I tend to over-eat each day almost by a few hundred…
