Need to lose 1 stone and need help!
Ive been going the gym around 3-5 times a week and have been trying to eat less calories for about 3 weeks. I'm 146 pounds at the moment and cant seem to loose any weight even though i burning about 500 calories in the gym and trying to eat 1200-1500 calories a day. Any tips? I need to lose 14 pounds to reach around 133…
