I started April 11th at 282lbs. Weighed in at 229 on Friday. 200 is the goal. I input everything stay under 2000 calories and limit my sugar to 36 grams or less a day. Also cut diet soda by 95%.
Went to doctor today and he said i was in great shape for a fat guy. He gave me this web site and I want to lose 80 lbs over the next 40 weeks. Wish me luck. Tomorrow the work begins
