I started April 11th at 282lbs. Weighed in at 229 on Friday. 200 is the goal. I input everything stay under 2000 calories and limit my sugar to 36 grams or less a day. Also cut diet soda by 95%.

Outstanding. I just broke 220 today and trying to get to 180. I am now 44 days without a soda. I think this has been a big key. Man . . . I miss Cherry Coke.0
