I looked back at a picture from a few months ago vs yesterday and I think I've unintentionally lost a little bit of weight. I don't know if I'm just seeing things? I'm not looking for compliments, just want to see if anyone else sees it as well :) Before: After:

officially starting today
i've tried to start other times, but quickly gave in. this time, i'm ready to actually start logging and exercising. sad to say, but i'm about 5'8 and 148-149 pounds. my goal weight is to get to 130 hopefully :) add me! :)
