chicken + steamed greens (spinach, kale, chard) + roasted peppers + + 1/2c frozen artichoke hearts + 1/4c chickpeas + 5-7 chopped olives + lemon juice + 1 teaspoon of olive oil = ~ 350 and about 10 grams of fiber, 30 grams of protein
You can put it all in a bowl (with water or chicken broth), and microwave for about 2 minutes for spinach or chard. More time for kale, so take the chicken out until the last minute or so.0 -
I just eat a Turkey and Cheese on whole wheat with lots of lettuce and tomato, about 250 calories. I will have to try your wrap idea!0
