This dieting is going to cost a fortune. I look like a sack tied up in the middle. Gotta go out and get some trousers that fit! And say goodbye to some favourite shirts that are just too huge! Even my jacket is hanging off me like a limp wind sock. Time for a new, smaller wardrobe. :happy:
I spent an hour yesterday sweeping a village hall carpark and half an hour this morning pushing a flymo around. Sweating now! So how do I calculate how many calories I burned? And what a about vacuuming, etc etc? Anyone give me any pointers?
