I have just been digging in the garden. Done about an hour, and it was tough going. But what do I put it in as in MFP??? I have looked, and all I can see is shoveling snow. Is that it? Or is there another option for digging?

Not Smoking And Loosing Weight
Not a match made in heaven. I feel so stink at the moment, as I am trying to watch what I eat, but I keep snacking :( I eat carrots and apples a lot when I get a hunger craving...but I work as a chef, and I find it really hard not to pick at the moment. Is anyone going through a similar thing? Any tips?
