I am finding that items from the food database for different salad mixes, like bags of iceberg lettuce mix (2 cups) have 2g of protein? I was pretty sure there was no protein in salad unless you put it there with some meat or dairy? Can anyone help explain?
I am brand new to MFP and may not be doing something correctly but I am wondering why time/calories spent Strength Training does not get deducted from my daily /weekly exercise goals and more importantly :drinker: does not earn back calories in the Food Diary calcuation like Cardio does?? What am I missing?
