The New Atkins
Is anyone doing the New Atkins Diet in conjunction with MFP. Today was my first day, I am amazed at how full I feel with the meals. I made the veggie omelet for breakfast and I was full till lunch.

I want to get my recipes organized on the computer, was wondering if anyone uses a software to organize their recipes that they are happy with. I would like to organize by Weight Watchers, desserts, appetizers, favorite mom's recipes.

A good start to the day....
I decided to put on a pair of jeans that did not fit me a couple of months ago and they fit comfortably! MFP is working! :happy: :happy:
