8 pounds to go and 30% body fat. What do I do now??
I have lost 24 pounds over the last 8 months. Being very close to my goal, I decided to have my body fat tested to see how much progress I have made. I figured I was somewhere around 25% and it turns out is 30%. I guess this just confirms that I need to add more weight training and learn to eat CLEANER. I really want to…
