For christmas i got.... 2lbs :(
Not as bad i thought it would be but im really struggling to get back on track now. Constantly feeling hungry and wanting to snack. Time to hit the gym again, lets see if i can loose 6lbs this month. Anybody else feeling a little poo after the festivities ? What are your goals to get back on track? Please share :)

Substitute for rice!
Try Pearl Barley. Its a 1/3 of the calories and soaks up any flavour you add to it. Discovered this last week :)
