Not as bad i thought it would be but im really struggling to get back on track now.
Constantly feeling hungry and wanting to snack.
Time to hit the gym again, lets see if i can loose 6lbs this month.
Anybody else feeling a little poo after the festivities ? What are your goals to get back on track?

I gained 10 lbs over the holidays. BLEH.
Mainly I've just been trying to eat better and exercise. Nothing I can do now about that 10 lbs... so just keep moving forward and do what you were doing before to lose the weight! The hunger is just like starting a new diet all over again. It eventually goes away.0 -
I am also struggling to get back in it-it is not the working out that I am having trouble with-it is snack-snack-snack and on top of that my daughter left her kid's candy at the house and yep you guessed I ATE ALL OF IT-had a love/hate relationship with every y. bite. I only gained a 1/2 lb but I am just mad at myself as scale and inches are supposed to be going the other way. Okay new month-new challenge for myself-going to get down to that 100 mark within the next 3 weeks. That is my little goal for now. Maybe I habve been concetrating on the bigger picture lately rather than the small victories that are so important.0

glad im not alone and like you guys say, just keep moving forward. Hoping this hunger gets under control quick though because my self control when im hungry is a nightmare.0

You got 2lb, I got 6lb.
Huh. I am still up, and not feeling good about myself in any way. Back at work 2 days and everyone is bringing in Christmas food that they don't want. Technically, nor do I. But in reality when I saw the brownies at breaktime today something just went wrong and I ended up eating one. Then I had another after work, just because they were still there.
Now I think I shall be up on weight tomorrow, and I am really cheesed off with myself.
I have organised my diary to accomodate the brownies, but I am over on carbs, so it won't be good.
Yes, I am p***ed off with myself, but I have lost my motivation, so need a good kicking.0 -
For Christmas I got 3 pounds.....and they are gone already. Dont despair.0
