Hi guys just wondering how you track your calories/what you eat regarding to time? Do you track from wake up til time to go to bed or from wake up until 12pm? I work late and am off at midnight so I am trying to figure this out... thanks! :heart:
When I work out really hard which is generally everyday, I feel horribly stiff and achy the next day and the day after... Sometimes I am even sore 3-4 days later. Any advice on what to do? Thanks in advance! HELP!!!!!!!!
