Times for tracking??

Hi guys just wondering how you track your calories/what you eat regarding to time? Do you track from wake up til time to go to bed or from wake up until 12pm?

I work late and am off at midnight so I am trying to figure this out... thanks! :heart:

    I usually go by 12 am to 11:59pm for a day. If i do eat anything after midnight. I log it as a "snack" to the new day. I figure what ever makes you comfortable and you can follow. Good Luck.

    Me too. But as long as your consistent it shouldn't matter which way you do it.
