Question about chicken tenderloins,,,
I buy frozen chicken tenderloins and it says serving size is four ounces problem is I do not own a food scale and am not in the position to purchase one at this time. My question is how many pieces equal up to be 4 oz. One internet site I found said that 1 piece is equal to 1 oz. but I just want some more opinions. Thanks!
