Has anyone had this? Did you notice the little piece of chocolate in the bottom of the container? Why the hell are they putting chocolate with this and why isn't the chocolate on the nutrition panel? It's like it's not supposed to be in there or something! I didn't eat it though! I haven't had chocolate in almost a month.

Every day I go over by 50 to 500 cals on 1200 cal goal and sometimes I'm under. Is it ever acceptable to be over or under and if so, by how much? Thanks
