Workouts...
I would like to calculate my workouts but unsure what they will fall under. I do a Bootcamp three times a week and I'm unsure how much calories I burn. But I run/jog tons. Do circuits etc. it's killer but great. Also I do aqua fit twice a week for an hour each. How do I calculate that too??

Scale hid until September.
I am an emotional eater SO, my husband gave me a challenge. Don't weigh yourself for an entire month(Im the type that weighs everyday. To the point I get upset if no loss ;(. Bootcamp/aquafit
Hey everyone. I am new to this and am unsure what to put under exersise. I go to boot camp 3 times a week(strength training and lots of running. Amazingly difficult and great). I also do aquafit twice a week. Both are an hour long. Thank you in advance.
